🔍 1. Search and find the product you want

You can find the product you want on Saina in three main ways:

Quick search:

In the search bar (top of the page), enter the name of the product you want (such as “Akbari pistachio”, “Indian almond”, “raisin”).

As you type, relevant suggestions will be displayed to you so that you can reach the result faster.

Product Categories:

From the main menu (usually at the top or side of the page), click on “Nuts”, “Nuts”, “Dried Fruits” or more subcategories.

By selecting each category, you will enter a page that displays all the products in that section.

Special Offers and Bestsellers:

On the main page of the site, see the “Amazing Offers”, “Best Sellers” and “Newest” sections to get acquainted with the latest products and discounts.

📊 2. Review product details and final selection

After entering the product page, you can view its complete information and make the best choice:

High-quality images:

View several high-quality images from different angles of the product to ensure its appearance and freshness.

Specifications and Features:

In the specifications section, read the detailed product information including: type (e.g. Ahmad Aghaei pistachio), weight, processing type (raw, salted, saffron), nutritional properties and origin of the product.

Select weight and quantity:

Next to the product image, see the available weights (e.g. 250 grams, 500 grams, 1 kilogram) and select your desired weight.

Enter the number of packages required.

User comments:

Check the “User comments” section to learn about other buyers’ experiences. You can also register your comment after purchasing.

🛒 3. Add to cart and complete the order

Add to cart:

After selecting the weight and quantity, click on the “Add to cart” button.

You can continue shopping or go to the shopping cart to finalize the order.

View Cart:

By clicking on the “Shopping Cart Icon” (usually at the top of the page), you will be taken to your shopping cart page.

On this page, you can review, delete or edit products, their quantity and weight.

Enter discount codes (if any) in this section.

Continue shopping:

Click on the “Continue shopping” button.

📝 4. Enter information and shipping address

Login to account/Register:

If you have already registered with Saina, log in by entering your username and password.

If you are a new user, you can quickly create an account or continue shopping as a guest (without registering). (Registration is recommended to track orders and benefit from future discounts.)

Shipping information:

Full address: Enter the exact postal address, including province, city, street, alley, house number and zip code. (Accuracy in entering the address is very important for correct delivery).

Recipient’s name and surname.

Contact number: Enter an active and available contact number.

💰 5. Select shipping and payment method

Shipping method:

Depending on your city and region, various shipping options (such as motorized courier in Tehran, Pishtaz Post, Tipax, etc.) will be displayed. Select the option you want.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed based on the address and weight of your order.

Payment method:

Online payment: Through secure banking portals (using Shetab card). This method is the fastest and most common payment method.

Card to card: If you wish, you can deposit the amount card to card and register the tracking number. (This method requires manual verification and may take longer).

Final confirmation and payment:

After selecting the payment method, review all order details including products, address, shipping method and final amount.

Click on the “Confirm and Pay” button and be redirected to the bank portal page to make your payment.

✅ 6. Order tracking and delivery

Confirmation SMS and email:

After successful payment, an SMS and email containing the tracking code and order details will be sent to you.

User panel:

You can track the status of your order (preparing, shipped, delivered) by entering the “My Orders” section in your user panel.

Order delivery:

Your order will be shipped and delivered to your address according to the announced schedule and with safe and hygienic packaging.
